The British writer Alan Whitton Life Coach of the US title of “Life Coach Essex” once wrote in a review of Life Coaching: “It is an excellent book, not least because it has been written by a life coach. For the uninitiated, this may be an experience that does them a bit of good.”
Whilst I’ve always found Life Coaching: My Way helpful and well researched, I can see what he means by a bit of good news for those who don’t know much about life coaching. So, for those with a love of books, an interest in sports or simply someone who enjoys finding out more about people who are different to them and curious about how they might be able to affect those people – this Life Coaching Essex book is perfect for you.
As well as the two that are self-paced this book will give you the opportunity to explore how those around you think, feel and live their lives’ work. The second half is no less interesting as the author investigates the psychology of both coaching methods. What do they think about? What’s their attitude? How do they handle themselves in social situations?
Life Coaching: My Way takes you through a selection of diverse people from different walks of life to see how they deal with many of the common problems facing humans today, such as feeling lonely, feeling inadequate, feeling unappreciated and having some difficulty in relationships. The treatment of personal issues is handled with humour and dignity – no “I know you have a problem but it doesn’t really matter” approach here! This book also covers how to deal with negativity, how to become confident and a number of other issues.
You’ll be able to learn about how to play sports at a higher level, along with learning how to get over some of the most difficult challenges that could appear in life. You’ll discover how to develop your leadership skills and adapt to changes better than you ever imagined.
People love this book, as they are attracted to the information that Alan Whitton has provided. He uses the events of his own life to illustrate the importance of the way that we think and relate to others. Most importantly, the book shows how certain situations can be transformed into life changes and personal success through learning to think in a new way.
If you’re seeking high quality information then you’ll find this one exceptional. There are no quick fixes for any of the issues that this book tackles and in the end it is going to take some time to process everything that you learn.
Alan Whitton explains how to change negative thought patterns and offers advice that will work in each situation. You’ll find that the books are just written for the average person, it is not intended to be an instructional manual. I’m not saying that the book is not beneficial but it’s certainly best read and taken into account by yourself.
In the end you should try to stay focused on yourself and your goals, this way you’ll learn how to have a positive mind state. Without having to look outside yourself for motivation you’ll realise that life really is pretty good.
All in all this is a great book to read and find out more about life coaching in Essex, as well as the benefits it can bring to you and those you are helping. This can be a fascinating read if you are interested in having your life changed by the experience of others.
It’s definitely worth reading Life Coaching: My Way because it makes you think differently. That’s what life is all about!
